General & Delivery FAQs
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes. Same-day delivery is available only within Gaya main town, Manpur, and Bodhgaya. Orders for same-day delivery must be placed by 6:00 PM.
What if I order after 6:00 PM or need delivery outside Gaya, Manpur or Bodhgaya?
Orders placed after the 6:00 PM cutoff, or orders requiring delivery anywhere else in India, are generally delivered within 3–5 working days.
Do you have a physical store I can visit?
No. Gift Ka Shop operates as an online-only store and does not currently have a physical store for customer visits.
What are your customer support hours?
Our office hours are 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM. You can also leave us a message on WhatsApp outside these hours, and our team will reply based on availability.
Is Cash on Delivery available for custom gifts?
No. Custom gifts must be paid for online in advance. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for custom gift orders.
Can I cancel my custom gift order after placing it?
Custom gift orders can be cancelled only within 60 minutes of booking. After this cancellation window, cancellations are not accepted.
What is your replacement or refund policy?
Since most of our products are personalized gifts, replacements are generally provided when an item arrives damaged or the wrong item has been delivered.

How do I book Pind Daan online?
You can book online through Gift Ka Shop or contact our team on WhatsApp. During booking, you will be guided through the information required for the ritual, such as the name(s) of the deceased, gotra and preferred date.
Which Pind Daan packages are available?
We offer multiple Pind Daan packages and tiers. Pricing and inclusions vary depending on the ritual type and the services included in the selected package.

Can I book Pind Daan if I am not physically present in Gaya or Bodhgaya?
Yes. Our online Pind Daan service is intended for people who cannot travel to Gaya or Bodhgaya in person. You can coordinate the booking remotely with our team.
How far in advance should I book Pind Daan?
Booking availability can depend on the preferred ritual date and the selected package. We recommend contacting our team in advance so that your preferred date can be checked and the arrangements can be coordinated.
Will I receive proof that the Pind Daan ritual was performed?
Photo or video proof of the ritual is available as an optional paid add-on. If you select this add-on, the photo or video will be shared with you after the ritual through WhatsApp or email.
Can I get photos or videos of the Pind Daan ritual?
Yes. Photo or video documentation can be added to your Pind Daan booking as a paid add-on. The selected proof will be sent to you through WhatsApp or email after the ritual is completed.
Is photo or video proof included in every Pind Daan package?
No. Photo or video proof is an optional paid add-on and is not automatically included with every Pind Daan package.

Can someone from my family coordinate the booking?
Yes. A family member can coordinate the booking and provide the required information to our team on behalf of the family.
