At GKS – Gift Ka Shop ("GKS", "we", "our", "us"), we aim to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and efficiently across India. This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment verification.
- Orders placed after 4:00 PM IST will be processed the next business day.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order.
Customized and bespoke items may require additional processing time depending on the level of personalization.
2. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates
Delivery timelines vary based on location:
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 4–7 business days
- Remote Areas / North-East / Special Zones: 7–10 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier operations, weather conditions, high shipment volumes, festivals, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on product weight, shipping location, and delivery type.
Free shipping may be offered on selected products or during promotional campaigns at our discretion.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS, including the courier partner name and tracking number.
You may track your shipment directly using the provided tracking link.
5. Shipping Locations
We currently ship across India. International shipping is not available at this time but may be introduced in the future.
6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
GKS is not responsible for delivery delays or failures caused by:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
- Missing landmark details
- Incorrect or unreachable phone number
If a shipment is returned due to incorrect details, additional re-shipping charges may apply.
7. Delayed or Lost Packages
In rare cases where a shipment is delayed beyond the estimated timeline:
- We will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue.
- If a shipment is officially confirmed lost by the courier, we will either resend the item or issue a full refund at our discretion.
Resolution timelines may vary depending on courier investigation procedures.
8. Damaged Packages
If your package appears visibly damaged at the time of delivery:
- Do not accept the parcel if possible.
- If already received, record clear photos and an unboxing video immediately.
- Notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery.
Claims without proper documentation may not be eligible for review.
9. Multiple Shipments
Orders containing multiple products may be shipped separately based on:
- Inventory availability
- Warehouse location
- Packaging requirements
Separate tracking details will be shared for each shipment if applicable.
10. Limitation of Liability
GKS shall not be liable for delivery delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, government regulations, strikes, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
